Our client, a leading IT services company is currently seeking to hire a Senior UX Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms
• Translate business needs and customer insights into intuitive UX solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly
• Work closely with BA, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Use data, customer feedback, and research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Continuously improve experiences through testing, iteration, and refinement

 
Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Interface Design, Visual Art or related discipline.
• 4+ years of UX design experience (more experienced candidates will be considered for senior role)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
• Exposure to data-driven design or customer research
• Familiarity with working in agile teams
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. for design, research, or workflow) is a plus
• Clear thinking and practical problem solving
• Ability to turn insights into action
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
