                    Our Client a Commercial  Bank is looking to hire IT Infrastructure Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation and support the alignment of international offices’ corporate infrastructure and systems, as well as IT operation activities.
  • Oversee the management and planning of infrastructure capacity based on growth projection & SLA results.
  • Contracts renewal (including EUS devices, circuits, hardware & software, facilities maintenance renewal)
  • Keep track of accurate inventory record
  • Support periodical user profile review and audits related to system access control
  • Develop and maintain IT policy, standard and procedures for various stages / deliverables throughout the IT infrastructure life cycle.
  • Define quantitative measurement on quality of project and provide management visibility in the course of quality improvement.
  • Perform quality control on project deliverables and monitor the progress of the projects.
  • Streamline and optimize BAU IT infrastructure management activities, and continuously enhance internal control or process.
  • Oversee the management of relevant IT infrastructure 3rd parties and outsourcing vendors.
  • Coordinate and organize local drills at the Hong Kong Branch and overseas offices to support the Head Office's annual contingency and business continuity exercises.
  • Prepare and provision required documentation and evidence to support Head Office and local audits.
  • Standardize IT security frameworks across all regional networks.

People Management Impact
  • Collaborate with various team of Infrastructure, Applications, FMG, FP&C and Head Office.
  • Collaborate with various teams in Overseas Offices and
  • Able to facilitate cooperation among team members.
  • Manage vendors and counterparts for external connectivity management.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders of BU/SU for testing, solution rollout, drills and problem resolution.
 Regulatory Impact
  • Protect the Bank to ensure regulatory compliance


Requirement:
Business Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge in various network & EUS products and BAU management
  • Familiar with vendor management and inventory management
  • Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standard
  • Skills in identifying and managing risks associated with service delivery
  • Ability to align service strategy with business objectives
  • Skills in market analysis and understanding industry trends

• At least 5 years’ experience with IT background, preferably with exposure in vendor management and IT infrastructure or operation management.
